Food stuck in throat
I feel like food is stuck in my throat and I get a it burning sensation. Also, have chest tightness and upper back pain.. just opposite of chest. And feel bloated too. I eat fruits daily and I eat in control. Walk and do exercise too. But this happens once a week or sometimes twice. What can I do to relieve it immediately and in long term.
