Weakness and tiredness in body
From last two days I am suffering from low blood pressure sometimes 80/50 and 94/58 and heart beat 90 I got fever only one day i.e 99.1. for 1 hr in late evening that subsidies automatically,. Very-very mild sore throat feeling very weak, dizziness No fever till date. please advice

Record temp chart 3 times a day Drink plenty of fluids ORS, nimbu pani,coconut water , atleast 3 litre per day Lukewarm Saline gargles 2-3 times a day
