Hi doctor, I have sever headache (magrine) from yesterday. Now I feel little better but not completely. I have a doubt that new added symptoms of covid19 is headache. Should I need to consider my headache under this category. Apart from that I don't have any other symptoms. But I have GERD. I am taking antacid for that. Please suggest me. Thank you for your valuable time to spare for my question. Please suggest the medicine for magrine.

I have  problem acidity n bloating n constipation n difficult start urine passing.. Sir/madam When i take omeg d capsule (no / sometimes bloating.) and constipation problem solve sometimes. When i take omeg capsules (normal capsule 20mg ) more difficult start urine passing. When i don't take omeg d capsule that day frequently urine day 10 to 12 times to go  washrooms.. In stomach sound like something is moving like air. All reports are normal n see doctor like homeopathy dr, Ayurvedic dr, urology dr, Gastroenterology dr. I don't understand what problem is it that problem is last 6 months many times i write on practo but still problem not solve. I really dont understand what kind of problem this is.. I eat thousands of medicine of ayurvedic, homeopathy, allopathy and collection of empty bottles but still i dont know what kind of problem is this... currently i taking pantop-D sr or, as need Softovac at night 1 tsp. I hope someone help 🙏 me to release from this problem...

My doctor ordered a 3 day stool test in which gardia and hookworm were found. He prescribed me Metrogyl 400 TDS and albendazole 400 OD. But still my gardia hasn't been resolved. Should I go for tinidazole because he has again prescribed me Metrogyl 400 ? Report attached.
