After eating anything I felt fatigue and dizziness. Please suggest me what I do now. I feel like weakness too

I was on medication course of five days. Afcid 40 and Roxalic Oz, morning and evening. After that my tongue is always white. Don't know what it is. Can anyone suggest what issue is this. I have attached medication and my tongue image. Thanks

I am having frequent acidity problem. Due to that suffering from heart burns and reflux and cough in throat, especially at bed time or when lay down. It goes off as soon as I take antacids like Eno or Gelusil,Diazene tab or syrup. PPI like omeprazole, pentaprozole etc are also gives releif. My question is how long it is safe to take PPIs or Antacids ? I am taking these from last 3 years for almost 2 times in a week. Recently I am diagnosed with high fasing blood sugar level at 160. Is it side effect of these PPIs or Antacids? What could be an alternative for acidity?

My ecg report normal, echo cardiogrph normal, Blood pressure normal But my left chest pain while lay down left side and left shoulder back pain. Is any problems whith heart or it's muscular problem

My father is 55 years of age and diabetic under steriod medication for sarcoidosis for almost 5 months, he started having pressure and pain in urination, then fever since a week .Fever goes on and off .Taking medicine Zenflox UTI ,Superspas, aciloc ..50% relief in urine problem but fever still coming. Please suggest what we can do
