Dear Doctors, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 107kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inch tall. I take medicine for GERD Nexpro L and Nexpro 20mg, for Asthma Montek AB and Formoflo inhaler, Asthalin 200mg rotohaler, High BP, High heart beat on walking upto 175bpm, and Cetrizen for urticaria. Taking Inzofresh 10mg for sleep. I have severe ED for the past 8 months. I am having Concor 5mg from October 19, given by cardiologist. I have done Echocardiogram in July 19 by a Cardiologist. Report is fine. I have done Endoscopy in January 19 by a Gastroenterologist report is fine. My HDL is low at 35, master health check up done in December 19. Am I having heart blockage? Why ED problem? I don't do any excercise or walking. I want to do Angio but frightened to do it.  I tried doing TMT in a hospital but on walking for 1 minute My heart beat went up to 125. The staff stopped TMT. Cardiac Specialist did not allow me to do TMT then. Can I do TMT after having Concor 5mg? Fear Angio!

When i sleep flat my mouth gets dry,when i use more pillow it relif,if use more pillow some how feel good. Also feel some phelmg in throat .

Dr since from yesterday I m feeling like something stuck into my throat.. Actually m facing difficulties In burping n food flows back to my throat.. M taking veloz tab n sucralfate syrup... But still m facing problems... Pls suggest me why this is happening.

I had a fever before 7days and took 3times paracetamol 650 after that no fever. But very next day I got a cough and cold. There was a cough and sneeze too. Took steam inhalation with vicks in it and took some herbal syrup home made remedies. After that running nose cold cough and sneeze has been stopped. sometimes I used to get cough. Not very frequent. But the issue is last two days I am not able to identify any smell. Even the detol smell also not able to identify. Is this no smell sense will be regained? Apart from that no issues, I am breathing normally. I am having good taste of foods. Physically active and doing other household things as well. I am pretty much worried about the no smell issue. kindly advise any home remedies can be taken for this.

Sir feeling uppar back pain(mild) from 3-4 weeks which goes for  3-4 days and came back again . kindly suggest

Is it correct that beta blocker drug like metoprolol succinate cause rise in blood sugar level.? If yes, than what is the alternative. Is it advisable to take Carvidalol which is said to be better.

Can we take naproxen 250 and paracetamol 650 together Because I take paracetamol 650 at 4 pm And naproxen 250 @ 10.00 It's any interaction between this tablet Please kindly suggest My doctor suggested me naproxen

A month ago I found discomfort while passing stool and also some blood in my stool. Then I consulted a doctor and he prescribed Dalflon 500 Aceclofenac & paracetamol Ofloxacin Cremafin plus I used the above medication for 5 days as recommended by doctor and my problem was solved. After 20 days again am finding some discomfort and little blood in my stool. What should I do now as the situation is little tough to consult the doctor due to pandemic. Should I take the same medication? Should I consult  doctor again.

I actually cant share my feelings with anyone except u people.  I'm having worst heath problems madam/sir. I had knee pain from april ,now my knee pain has almost reduced 99%. But other problems have started. I had severe eye pain 1 week back that went away ,then I had nausea and vomiting sensation for 3 days I couldn't eat anything.  However that went away after 4 days. Then now I'm having pain in my left chest from 3 days. I m having pcos from 2years. I used to get periods 7-8 times a year. From april , no periods at all. I'm sad ,tensed,worried , frustrated and dont know What to do. I feel like going and getting tested in hospital but I'm scared whether I will bring covid home to my parents who are old. In Bangalore covid situation is bad.. 

I got a scratched from dog nail and then I started taking anti rabies vaccination and during second shot I got bitten by a cat. after third shot I got again bitten by a stray dog. Now my fourth and fifth shots are remaining. I have cleaned the wound which is not that big, and applied antiseptic liquid.Am I supposed to start again all course of five shots? Please note that I work with animals.
