Flu

I feel slight back pain while stretching back and slight lower abdomen pain when moving from one position to another like when lying down from sitting position which automatically disappears in few seconds.I don't feel any pain when I am in still position,or while walking.

Before lockdown I was completely normal. After that I unknowingly developed anxiousness due to which I'm having daily morning diarrhea for only one time. I sometimes have irregular heartbeat and that inturn brings me panic feeling or vise versa. I cannot sleep at night as I feel somewhat breathless. I checked BP, Oxygen level and everything is normal. Hence don't know the cause. I should come out of this heart fluttering/palpitations that comes and go sometimes.

My head feels swinging, most of the time, hence I cannot concentrate. The swinging isn't too hard, but its a slight swinging often. I do not feel any weakness though. its been happening from 3 days. pls help.

I measured Blood pressure at home which is 86/56 .I am not feeling any headache .As it is very low could you please suggest me some remedies.
