Regarding virus exposure
My mother was corona positive. My father is exposed but he was continuously following saline gargle,drinking hot water,eating arsenic priscribed.so is it necessary that is too becomes positive.she stared with symptoms on 13.dad has slight running nose and slight cough.so is there a chance.very scared as he is asthmatic.

Yes, the virus is quite contagious. There is a possibility that he might have caught infection. 1. Give him (levocetrizine plus Chlorpheniramine plus pcm) x 1 tab twice daily x 3 days 2. Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast everyday x 3-5 days 3. Tab Neurobione forte 1 tab daily x 7 days 4. Continue steam and saline gargles. 5. I won't prescribe arsenic, haven't been proved to be effective. Don't worry, there is a possibility,  but this is manageable with proper precautions. Tell him not to miss meals and have plenty of water.
