From 3 days I am feeling pain in middle of chest .whenever I am eating or breathing I can feel discomfort there . Is it any symptom of Corona ? I don't have any other symptoms ,fever ,cold .

Hi, In the right side of my head, just beside the line between head and ear, and behind ear, i just found a boney swelling. Not sure if it is a lump. It is hard, beneath the skin and painless. It is small, you can feel only if you touch it. Not sure what it is. Is it serious? Any guidance will be appreciated. If i need to consult a doctor, what kind of specialization will treat this.
