Sunday I ate chicken and on Tuesday I got a pimple  thought it was due to excessive heat,  then from yesterday evening Im feeling uneasy in head or I can't explain so I took eno thnking that it's gas I slept I'm trying hard to release gas then I went to poop all I got was water motion then I took dolo 650 as I have temperature and took motion tablet even then again I got poop Nd no fever after this time but unable to sleep cz of leg cramps its like my legs are streched away on either sides I'm not hungry at all and i ate cumin and coriander seeds then gas started releasing after that around 1:35AM I was about to eat banana and then vomited while vomiting also my stomach side and that belly area is aching but I felt relived Twice I had to wake my granny to check if I had fever she said I'm having on and off fever at 3:30AM I'm damn hungry today I'm had electrolyte I don't have cough or cold Maybe on n off cough due to gas it Please tell me what happened and further medication

I feel burning in scrotum skin in the morning especially if i try to scratch on skin. It is mainly on the lower side and I don't see any specific red or any coloration. I get burning /itching like feeling whenever there is friction from undergarment and otherwise whole day there is no feeling. It gets better when i use some normal skin creams(nivea) and also as a precaution i used clocip dusting powder. Currently i am undergoing antibiotic treatment for stomach illness which i had since march. And i would like to mention that since about a week i am using charcoal handmade soap which is new to me so is there any side effect?

I am on antibiotics due to infection on my face from last 10 days and my face is full of acne, but from past 3 days I have this pea shape size lump behind my neck and its painful when its touched...my complete blood count is normal. Why there is a lump? Do I need to to make more test to rule out something serious.
