Swelling on right side of groin

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Swelling on right side of groin and some time feel pain. Previously I think it is from 1 year. Before one I had pain that but after medication pain relieve and swelling,but swelling was there some what till now.but know some times,I am feelings pain very light and swelling is there.

This could be something serious. It could be an hernia, but if there is pain then it could be serious, as in hernia there is not much pain. Do you have any other symptoms ?
