Iam not able to sleep at night .it's there for almost 1 year. Dont have a habit of sleeping at afternoons too still can't sleep at night

Hey! It has been around 14 days but still fever isn't getting back to normal. (About 99C but no other symptoms except some weakness, took paracetamol) I had consulted to one of the doctor too and decided to go for CBC blood test. The report was normal and all the CBC parameters were in their limits. So, please give your suggestions which test I must get done? And what medicines should I consider? Please give few helpful tips here rather than responding 'Please consult online for the treatment.' It will be very grateful of you. Thanks!

I had recurrent fever(not more than 100 F) for 2 months,after long dose of antibiotics now I am better. But I am feeling wekness, breathing difficulties after any hard work and specially frequent yawning (not sleepy) My blood report is ok X-ray of chest is ok SpO2 is ok Taking plenty of vitamins tablets But still..I have visited hospital, Doctor told nothing to worry. I want second opinion from you.Is it ok? Nothing to worry?

Sir i m feeling low grade fever max upto 99.5 and weakness...whenever I take pcm once in a day everything is normal but when not taking medicine again low fever and weakness...what may be the reason...should I continue take pcm or increase its doze... From 4 days
