He is having fever and dry cough and body ache...whenever he have medicine then fever comes down and after tempratures go down he dont have the medicine then again the temprature is high. what should he do...

My wife is suffering from fever for last 15 days. Malaria, Dengue, Typhoid, Thyroid, Urin Test and Chest PA view X-ray has been done and everything is either negative or having normal report. Hb-10 Platlets- 1.66 lacs No Covid-19 symptoms. She is continueously taking antibiotics and paracetamol but all in vain. She feels chill and headache when fever returns (at fix timings). Please suggest what to do?

My liver function levels are all normal but the ast alt ratio is very high at 3. Is this something to worry about? Should I get a fibrosis scan?
