M experiencing mild coughing from last 3 weeks. It can be due to covid? M not experiencing any other symptoms .

I have cold last two days what medicine should I take..cant get any taste properly..it's normal or should I take any precautions???

Hello doctors, Its been 4-5 nights I'm not able to sleep properly, I'm waking up frequently and it's hard for me to fall back to sleep...I'm getting like 5-6 hours of sleep only...this has affect my day time routine...I never had this problem, it started after my recent menstrual days...I'm weak and fatigued now...I cnt even eat anything as I lost my appetite...help me please...is this anything related to thyroid disease

Mother feels really uncomfortable with general body discomfort & burning all over. She says her joints feel stiff & general discomfort all over, specially hands.She tried taking paracetamol but it's not effective. Throat feels constricted. No fever yet but can't lie down or sit or eat. Veloz-D is on alternative days, Vit B12 twice a day for 3 weeks, calcium twice a week. Please suggest alternatives. Thank you!!

I have vitamin B12 dificiency please suggest supplements and foods for it. Please suggest same for vitamin C as well. Thank you.

Dear Sir, Am getting pain above heart area from last 2 months. I dont know whether it is heart related or any muscle pain. It is occuring pain regulary when i bend down or twist or doing some push up exercises. Need your suggestion to go for any tests or any prescription. Loom forward for your kind reply. Sir from 5 days I had fever and cough, dr told it is flu and I took paracetamol 650 g 4 times a day even then fever was 102.5 , after 5 days now I have wet cough plus low grade fever 99.8 approx but don't have much weakness, should I stop medicines now? Or comtinue taking them? My medicine is pan-d paracetamol 1g, tab swich cv 325 and one multivitamin.how many day low fever cam be there ? Now my eating is  normal

I get bad headache at times. As my eyesight is weak, I consulted an eye doctor to check if my power has increased but there was just a minor change. She suggested me to change my anti-glare spectacles to a blue-ray cut one but nothing changed. Can you suggest me whom should I consult and what the problem might be?
