Can't sleep through the night, fatigue
Hello doctors, Its been 4-5 nights I'm not able to sleep properly, I'm waking up frequently and it's hard for me to fall back to sleep...I'm getting like 5-6 hours of sleep only...this has affect my day time routine...I never had this problem, it started after my recent menstrual days...I'm weak and fatigued now...I cnt even eat anything as I lost my appetite...help me please...is this anything related to thyroid disease

First of all what is your occupation? Are you married? Are there any work related or family tensions? Try the following tips. Don't sleep in the daytime. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily. Eat well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Absolutely no deep fried foods and junk food. Drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed. If you wakeup in middle of night read books of interest to you.
