Hello Doctor, A few days ago from 23/9 I was having covid19 symptoms except high fever. Did consultation at practo and had doses of Azithromycin, Ivermectin, Vit. C, Vitamin D,Montina L, Multivitamin etc. Loss of smell and taste is still not gained. Unusual fatigue is still continuing with heavy headedness. When shall I receive from the above two conditions? Any more medication needed?

My one side hole (right) of nose is blocked from many days and I've used otrivin oxy to clear my nose blockage but form some time it worked and then it becomes as usual. I'm feeling sick and my nose holes are getting blocked. Which medicines should I prefer ?
