My mom age 48 past 10 days fever light cough and fatigue...today rt pcr test positive...have taken Xray and ecg and hemoglobin test ...after that dr said all normal have suggested home quarantine ...what should I do

I'm doubting that I have cancer or something in neck as because there is swelling in neck. Gone to ENT they said nothing is there Endoscopy also done they said GASTRICS WITH GERD although I have swelling in neck and little congestion in oroparhyngeal region like pharyngitis I have doubt that I had already took utrasound neck for little swelling in neck result came has no specifications found. . So I need to take MRI whether to check I have cancer or anything. Orelse ultrasound is enough to check for cancer or any lessions. Any obstruction, cancer, lessions in neck can able to see in MRI NECK

My father aged 70 is feeling lethargic, with a bit of muscle pain. Temperature till 99.2. No cough or sore throat. He ate something from outside. And travelled two days back and exhausted himself too much.

I was suffering from extensive hair loss since the past 5-6months and therefore got myself tested. My TSH reports are normal. But ferritin is 3.9. Also I m getting very frequent spotings. Vit b12, Aso titre, Rh factor, Calcium, Thyroid, Serum uric acid, Urine culture, Every thing is normal Only thing is cbc Rbc 5.60 Wbc 12700 Absolute netrophil count 9398 Remaining cbc report is normal Plz 🙏help me sir Thanks in advance
