Since recent months there have been a constant pain near my anus. There have also been a formation of small skin in the outer part of the anus, I assume that to be piles for which I am applying CITCOM LD cream and consuming Dulphalac syp (anema). I have had constipation since a very long time too.

Hba1c is 14.5 done on 10 October 2020 Current sugar levels is 362 Yesterday sugar levels was 298 Day before yesterday was 510

Can dolo 650 be taken for 7 days or more if you have high fever ?? What can be the reason for high fever ??

I yesterday got my test results and my TSH level is 15. T3 & T4 seems to be normal 1.3 and 7.06 . Last time I had this high TSH level, doctor recommended 100 MCG thyronorm tablets. After a month, the TSH dropped to 0. So, I continued with 12.5 MCG tablets. After a week, the level increased a little bit to 0.5 but after a month, my TSH is again 15 I'd like to know what dosage is recommended when TSH is 15 and what dosage should I take if it drops to 0 because of high dosage intake? Hi I started having fever on 3Oct My results for covid test came out positive on 6 oct. Recently, a new problem I've encountered with covid. I've developed piles problem. I'm unable to even sit properly, it got so painful. I'm using pilex ointment. But it still bleeds at times. What should i do?

From last 3 days I have a feeling that something is stuck in my throat and I have no fever no pain nothing just a constant urge to clear throat which makes me cough. Is it becaus of the cold drinks that I drink or what can it be ?

How to get rid of whites dry cough. I only get this cough at morning time stick at my throat when i wake and one at evening time. Other no problem like no head ache, no fever nothing like that.

I have severe pain sometimes in liver side. Started from 5-6 years before. Some doctors telling fatty liver, some says stone. But in scan report it's normal. In last scan its telling little enlarged prostate gland. So which doctor I have to consult? Gastro or urology or any other specialized?
