Recovered from typhoid fever and it's been 35 days since diagnosed. .Is it ok to take fish or should I continue veg diet for one more month

Frequent muscle cramps at near shoulder and chest .Pain is high. I was on thyroid medication but currently not using

By using tablet taxim o 200 patient getting dizziness  for 10 mins what to do ?should he continue or not?He is still using it.please reply

Fever onset from sunday afternoon 100.5 and monday it was 104 ,went into emergency cbc was done tlc-4500, plt-2.8 lakhs fever not subsiding yesterday cbc tlc-2900 and plt-1.8 lakhs. no malaria,no typhoid. i have fever through out the day ranging from 100 to 102. do i need to worry , what it could be i have body pain and fever now i feel little weak after 4 days in fever.

Hii mere Dad ko fever little throat pain tha to doc ne Crocin and azithromycin 3days di but after 3 days stomach was upset and fever sometime 99 .7and 98 blood test krane pr thyroid was normal but Dlc 3300 h doc prescribed cefixine 200 two times but my dad scared the antibiotic bcs after taken antibiotic stomach was upset plz suggest something cefixime was OK or not

My wife had been to general check up for pulse rate down. They gave medicine for two weeks . Her shoulder pain is not cured her BP is normal as checked yesterday

I am suffering from headache since 5 days . Whenever I wake up ,I feel my head heavy .I took nise tablet but its not working so much. Please suggest medicine .and what could be the reason .its happens many times .sometime I feel that I am about to faint.

She is experiencing fever of around 99-101 alongwith body pain and  mild dry cough. Her fever is coming down after she is having kadha.

I pressure/slight pain in the left temple. It feels slightly tender when I touch it. The pressure seems to increase when I chew food or move my jaw, but I do not have jaw pain. I don't have neck or shoulder pain. It has been there for two days. I am worried if it could be temporal arteritis. Please help.
