Burning during passing of stool
Since recent months there have been a constant pain near my anus. There have also been a formation of small skin in the outer part of the anus, I assume that to be piles for which I am applying CITCOM LD cream and consuming Dulphalac syp (anema). I have had constipation since a very long time too.

In my opinion you are suffering from the hemorrhoids and it can be easily treatable but it your diet is having important role to control your constipation. Nothing to worry please try to take online consultation and try to send the photo if possible so that it will be better understanding for the doctor to treat.
