Feeling dizzy, unstable, can't stand straight, imbalance, tend to fall during morning hours after wake up.

I have obtained Blood test report in that my ESR count indicates 19 mm/hr where as normal must be between 0-9 mm/hr what precautions and steps I have to undergo to make this normal

Just wanted to ask of there are any side effects to this? And does it causes withdrawal symptoms after stopping?

Hello Doctor's I am low on Vitamin D , B12 and Iron for which I had been taking supplements but I have in between now, rather trying to balance these levels with balanced diet for Iron and B12 and for Vitamin D I take supplements when I feel like taking. My question is when I eat my meal I suddenly feel a tremendous dip in energy and a feeling of sleepiness which is causing hindrance in my day to day office work and life. Struggling to pay attention to meetings and my mind thinks multiple thoughts at the same time. Need help Please !!

It all started from pain/tingling near shoulder blade at back, I took nerve medicine for almost 3 months and now it seem 90% cured. I started feeling my legs tired/heavy 3 weeks ago, left one got normal in a week but right one stays as it is. Nerve med. Didn't make any change. Already taking uprise d3 as blood report said deficiency for vit D3. B12 level is normal. Please guide what could be causing it and which doctor should I consult. Thanka in advance.

I have been prescribed the CCM tablets and Vitamin b3 tablets. I am consuming these currently. Can I take Multivitamin tablets like Zincovit along with these tablets. Please advise
