Having fever 98.9 andcoughing pain in legs slight cold is this a fever or normal body temperature

My wife is suffering from skin allergy as in pic with itching. It goes in few minutes and subsides for 2 days with tab ocaset or Allegra. We tried all medicines and doctors. Her ige levels are 1150. After her histerectomy said levels are increased (2 years ). JUST ADVICE ME TO REDUCE THE IGE LEVELS PLEASE. No out side Bangalore doctors and personal visit will be based on doctors profile. My father recently recovered from fever and has been through several tests which revealed type 2 diabetes and low levels of b12 and d3 vitamin. He has immense pain in left palm and itchiness where there are red spots. Photo is attached. He is 65 years old. Ecg was done which is normal. He has no neck pain and no pain anywhere else except left palm . No fever or any other weakness, appetite is normal.

Is it possible that after recovering from flu, you will loose little smell and taste both. I was unwell with fever and sore throat for past 5 days. Now no cough or fever, but suddenly today, i lost little taste and smell with slight heavy head. I am taking the course of Ciprofloxacin500 (day3). Is this normal? My spo2 is 97.

My age is 22 and am facing the problem of sneezing (Sardi) .. when I sneeze one time then there is 99% chances that I will sneeze 5-6 times continuously.. and after taking the allergy tablet it cures but only for 2-3 days.. then after Sardi comes back ..is it inshuphelia ? I have GERD symptoms along with breathing diffuculty... completed 20 days course of pantop and breaze L... I felt better and 10 days later, last night suddenly I felt difficult in swallowing saliva , like something stuck in my food pipe and feeling like fainting... It's too scary... I didn't sleep because of this... No difficulties in eating food or liquid... Only in saliva, I want to swallow but am not able to swallow it... What to do for this ??? Can I continue the same medication or what to do ??? If I felt like choking on saliva , at that time what to do ???Please need suggestions...
