Flu

I had fever for 3 days, then next 3 days had feeling of shaking from inside and sweating outside. Then felt completely fit from 7th day but yes had loss of taste and smell. In my family there were covid patients so it was natural I also got affected from covid so didint do the testing. From the day of symptom I obviously followed isolation protocol. And medicines were: Ivermectin 12 mg just one dose on 1st day. Parasafe 650 for 1st and 2nd day. After that didnt had fever. Azithromycin 500 for 5 days. Celin 500 (BD) still continuing. Zinconia 50 (OD) still continuing. My query is what medicine should I take now. Its 12th day today. Feeling fit. Yes sometimes light coughing which I m following home remedy as well. And having loss of taste and smell. After 14th day I can get free from isolation? But yes will do follow protocol of wearing mask and doing all the work. Maintain hand hygiene and all. So which medicine to take now?

3 months 20 days ago I had taken 3 dose of arv Vaccine each on 0 4 8 days and today I got bitten so how many more dose needed??
