From last 15 days I am facing breathing issues cholesterol is normal covid is negative not even able to walk mild fever cold cough is there

I was having cough two years back which took 2 months to get rid off ... I had done an X-ray which the results showed normal ....though the cough went anythin cold I hve I get the cough back n takes a lot of time to go 2 months atleast and also even when the cough is not there since then I always hve phlegm every morning when I get up and is way to sticky what would b the cough and how to get rid of it completely

Having wierd sensations in the body ....stiffness sometimes tightness sometimes tingling what is the cause? And what how m I suppose to get rid of these symptoms

My father is 59 years old. From last 2-3 days he is feeling hot body and sudden anxiety( it happened two times in last 2-3 days). His temperature is normal, His Blood pressure is also normal.
