I lost smell like usual but when i keep things near to my nose I can sense that. I am occasionally getting sneezes and I don't have fever or cough or anything. Should be worried about something. I have little headache coming and going.

Fever between 99-100 in evening
Since the past one week, body temperature is 98.6 or 98.8 that is normal in morning and afternoon but have temperature between 99-100 degrees after 6 or 7pm. I also have frequent headaches. I am assuming the headache is because of high screen time but not sure what is happening.
