I am taking Lupiheme tablet from last 1 month but my hemoglobin is increasing rather decreasing. One month ago it was 9.5 but now it is 8.6. what to do?? I am very worried

My mother have typhoid from may years and from last 2 years she is getting positive in every six monthly. S typhi O 1:80 S typhi H. 1:80 Always getting these values whenever she get headache and consult a doctor. Then doctor prescribed medicine and it is ongoing from last many years. How to treat typhoid completely as she is now frustrated of getting positive tests always and have headache.

Pressure was 180/120 then Telmikind was given now complaining some problem in head and having vomiting tendency.

Good evening doctor I am working as an delivery executive..i got an dog bite a month ago and I went to govt hospital and they prescribed 4 dose of arv dosages+ TT...i completed my entire arv dosages...i completed my 28th day dose two days before. today morning an another unknown street dog crossed inbetween my bike and it wounded my leg...the wound is small and i got an small amount of blood...i washed it with soap and water...what should I do now..does the dosages has any time duration...i am really vexed and restless... please advise me with good solution...

I have been taking azithromycin from 2 days. But as soon as I take it, I feel nauseated and eventually throw up. I take it after eating food. Is it supposed to be taken before having food or there's any other reason?

I am asking this question here again as I have tried consulting several different specialists online and offline and still have no idea what is the issue. I have palpitations that start ONLY when I sit or lie down. And syncope when I try to sleep or in the middle of sleep as I wake up scared and dizzy. ECG/ECHO were normal. CT showed a slightly enlarged thyroid with a tiny nodule but hormone levels are normal. Please advice
