Flu

I'm having body aches from last 4 days. One day I have little sinus and headache. Now no headache or no cold. I still have body aches if I do some work. Is it due to sudden change in weather or Covid related. My body temperature is quite normal

I tested positive for covid and for initial day I had sore throat and head ache I took steam inhalation and hot water and dolo 650 one time. The symptoms are not there from next day. So my question is should asymptomatic covid positive person should take any medication?

I had high blood pressure for a while now. I got all my tests like CBC, TFT, LFT,RFT, ECG done. All the reports were normal. Doctor prescribed me econap for anxiety and my blood pressure reduced from 160/100 to a normal range of 130/90. But as soon as I stopped econap, the blood pressure rose again. What should be done?

My hands are shaking all of a sudden and feels weak. What was the cause? Is this a sign 0f any underlying disease? It started yesterday and still today i have ot lightly.

My symptoms are fatigue pain in legs.. Sleepiness... Dizziness My b 12 is 369.. All other test are nirml like hemoglobin cbc thyroid sugar bp lipid calcium everything is normal
