I recently had HIV 4TH generation antibody and antigen test aftr 88 days of my exposure and result  is non-reactive with unit of 0.021. Request advise: Can anybody explain what does 0.021 stands for. (Ref: equal to and above 0.21 is reactive & below 0.21 is non reactive) Eg.: Does it mean that there are some number (unit)of HIV virus still there in my body or is it normal to have some reference units in Hiv tests. Do I need to be worried for that 0.021. 2. Is it reliable after 88 days exposure on 4th generation elisa hiv 1&2 test report.

My name is Vamshi, I am aged 38 Years. My problem is for last 4 - 5 months. As soon as I take my food I feel heaviness in the chest area (not exactly in the chest but In the middle).
