I am in navratri fasting for 9days, 2 days was ok nd today it's my 3rd day of fasting, I am talking friut juices, tea nd cold milk in day time nd some friuts in night, from today morning heavy gastric, belches, vomting sensation, head ache , heavy tiredness, kindly suggest some medicine
