Hello. I had cold (runny nose) in past 3 days. Now I am good today (4rth day). My office ordered me to take covid vaccine today. Should I take it or wait for 2-3 days?

I am COVID positive and my oxy is 98 how many times should I do breathing exercise like time gap and how much times

In Last 30days I got cramp in my both legs..severely..unable to walk also.I got some cramp tablets from near by store.after took tablets only 1 day I felt ok.But after next day again the another leg got cramp. After that I got pain over all over my leg from hip to Down leg backside. I visit general physician he gave me injection and medicine for 1 week and told me its just vitamin deficiencies.5 days I got no problem. Again now I felt pain over whole leg. I'm unable sit and unable to wakeup its paining when ever I sit and wakeup.. please help me anybody

Respected sir, My mother F 54 he is suffering from dizziness, weakness In body, and one time senseless for 10 mint. So plz which medicine is applicable for healthy body.. Blood pressure fluctuate some time low some time high so plz advise me... No diabetes..

I have a very interesting question to ask. Usually I have observed that people who get gastritis after taking painkiller also have nausea/vomiting at same time. Sometimes after alcoholic intake also, there is burning in stomach along with vomiting. In case of a food bug, the concept is clear that body tries to get ride of infection in stomach , hence vomiting occurs. So on one hand we give ppi, domperidon medication for control of symptoms but also need to give ofloxacin to get rid of infection as control of symptoms doesn't get ride of infection which is still there in the stomach. . But I want to know that in case of viral gastritis, alcohol induced, nsaid induced gastritis, the vomiting which happens is body mechanism to flush out the nsaid, alcohol contents.??.or it is the underlying gastritis itself which gives rise of reflux of contents including vomiting. Hi I am tested COVID positive it's been 3 days I don't have any symptoms it's just that I am not able to sleep well not getting g proper sleep what could be I used to even sleep afternoon but night time also not very good sleep

Does Cect Abdomen and Chest show lymph nodes also? Can it detect any enlargement in lymph nodes? ...

Past 2 days have been having heavy/tight feeling in forehead only, no where else. Its not ache but a feeling of heaviness. Have always had allergic rhinitis issues but never had this type of symptom.

I have pale skin. i have iron deficiency anemia n m working on it through diet n medications. But my query is how should one take sunlight given its necessary for vitamin d and lack of exposure todun can also cause pale skin...should one apply sunscreen n then take it on face or what. n also how much time n on what time shud it be teken. Ps i dont wanna get tanned also
