Hi, I have corcal calcium supplements from lupin life. 1- I want to know, can I take this suppliment without consultation. Or need to consult with dr. 2- and it's chewable or need to take with water.(not mentioned on package)

Hello doctor I'm 30years old.. since 15days I'm frequently feeling vomit sensation for bad smells,if I see things with wet dust, if I see washrooms bad, if I see ants and kitchen wet wastage.... etc Usually when I get menses those 4days I feel this  way but only when I go to washroom.. Hi... Since 3 days i hve pain in forehead and eyes area.. I have heaviness in head and feeling weak.my heart beats very fast. I couldn't sleep with this prblm.During ngt it becomes worse. I have no cold. If I apply balm or takes steam.. It reduces and again occurs after 10 min. I don't understand the prblm. I took paracetamol for 1 day.But the prblm persists. Plz help me... I have 2 small kids. I could not look after them due to this sickness..

Constant back pain, lower back, I'm a mother of very active 3yr old child, I use laptop for 6 hours a day. Seated most of the time. PCOds since many yrs. Dicofenac helps but only until I take, once I stop the pain is back again.

I usually have sound sleep for 8 hours at a stretch every night. Some nights even more. But still feel drowsy throughout the day. Recently it's happening while i am driving my car too. I take breaks now and then when i am on a long drives or even for extended city drives. This has become a problem for me. Even it's disturbing my work schedule. Can you tell me what's the underlying problem and its solution? Thank you.
