Continuous pain in arms and shoulders
There is continuous pain in both arms and shoulders from last 2 months, can't raise hand above 90 degree, it pains in muscles and feels like spreading towards shoulders and back. Can't sleep properly because if pain. Kindly suggest whom to show. Thanks in advance
