I am having abnormal bleeding for last 20 days. I had pause MF for 5 days and still continuing and the bleeding flow has decreased however it is still there. Last month I had periods after 21 days only for 2 days and then it stopped and this time I am having prolonged bleeding. The bleeding initially was not very heavy .. needing to change napkins twice daily. Now the flow is hardly there after having pause mf but it is still there . The blood is watery and liquidish. I had undergone thyroid, rbc and prolactin and it came as normal minor anaemia and low haemoglobin. Recently for last few months I have sedentary life with hardly any walk or exercise. I had been on hormonal pills for three months 5 months before and my cycle is usually normal. I had urinary tract infection before this and had taken antibiotics, urispas for 5 6 days. Please advise course of treatment. I cannot undergo usg right now as I am traveling for work.

Hello, I had a swollen big  toe on one side which I guess was caused by wearing shoes, it progressed and became more painful even with a slight touch. I stopped wearing shoes, but it formed a wound inside and around the nail and it is not healing. The side is also swollen and feels very painful to touch, what can I do?

I had anemia got it fixed from iron supplements. I don't get enough iron from meals because I am veg. I had regular cycles of period and for past 2 or 3 year having irregular cycle length .Some cycles are long as 51 days to even shorter cycle of 10 days.Also for past 3 cycles I'm having spotting before 3 or 4 days before periods..My last period started on 26 th January and lasted for 5 days.and on 14th(feb 8) 15th(feb9) and 16th day (today)of cycle found blackish brown discharge at first and then light brown around same time (4 30 pm). Is it normal? I suddenly lost 6 kgs without even trying.While trying to gain weight i lost 2 more kgs..I can't increase my weight even by eating more..As a result of weight loss I'm super tired .. Also I'm having heavy hairfall Is my irregular cycle related to hairfall and weight loss?

I am writing this on behalf of my mom. She has bilateral pedal edema since one week for which we have consulted a general physician.various investigations were done as per her advice including rft lft, uric acid,cbc, electrolytes, ra factor ecg. All investigations were normal except mild elevation in hdl. She has had hypertension over the past 6 years and is on telmisartan 40 mg od which is switched to telma h by the dr in view of pedal edama.currently she has pitting edema on left leg along with pain.it would be nice if you could tell me which investigation we have to carry out inorder to find out the real cause for this pedal edama?
