Both foot are swollen in transient manner(in single night time duration) with pain ,one feet is more swollen than other .taking high bp medicine from 3 yrs and bp is normal.sugar is also normal without any medicine

Hi, Today morning after waking up at 7 am, brushed and drank 300 ml of warm water and lied down again chatting with my wife. In the lied down position itself after sometimes felt a feeling of fainting. But I just ignored it and continued chatting with my wife. After sometimes I got up slowly, but I was not able to get up. The feeling of fainting was intense that I can't sit in the bed. I had to quickly drop myself in to the bed. Had a glass of glucose with salt and slept for one hour. After that was able to get up and have my breakfast. I didn't feel the the fainting after that, except for mild headache. Checked my blood sugar before breakfast it was 102. Usually it will be 110. Please let me know if there is something I should check.

I am getting pain swallowing something a place at the end of neck which travels all the way till chest if I eat something or drink something what it could be from 1 day

My serum iron level is 55 although I have been taking iron supplement tablet from 75 days( normal range above 65). I am 60 years old male. How long can I take iron tablets safely? My haemoglobin is 13.5

I have a strange issue. Sometimes there is pain above left eye lid and left side of head, then other day the pain shifts above right eye lid and then left side of head starts paining. There is a throbbing dull pain in both cases. I am worried whether it is not something serious or what's the matter. Please suggest.

Good morning ma'am /sir I was covid 19 positive on December and I turned negative on 4 Jan. As I am traveling to Bangalore on 7 for studies. The college has told us to take covid test. So I take RT PCR will it be negative.
