Good morning.. Doctor ...its been 5 days now my rectum is paining and slight burning. But I am having free motion.. While standing, sitting or coughing my rectum is paining.. So I visited a general physician he gave me Ultracet tablet and Anobliss cream to apply on the rectum and Creamffin syrup.. It's been three days.. I don't see any changes.. Could you please suggest what should I do.

A healthy person with no medical issues have strong immune system, eg army personnel's , then how even he gets sick, say with a bacterial infection , Why can't he's immune fight that off, Why even a healthier person gets sick badly and needs medical treatment . Is he's immune system sometimes sleeps or what?

I am 62 years old. After diagnosis of dengue in  august 20  i got recovered in 1 month.but my platelets are still between 50 to 80 thousand since then.as per current cbc report it is 80 thousand.after three months medications by a  physician.now physician is saying to go for bone marrow test but i am afraid of this test i domt want to go for it . I am fully fit and dooing work properly ,only my platelet count is down.kindly suggest what to do sir?
