Hello Doctors, I got the same reading last year when my doctor prescribed zyloric (maybe 100). I went to chemist today and got a strip of zyloric 300 (number not intentional). Is 300 too hard for me at age 27, weight 109. Or is it safe to take? I don't have any joint pains.

Hi, I have serious mouth ulcers problem and have  taken blood test and found that i am having serious B12 deficiency. And I am taking Neurobin injections since 4 months i e. Once a week and daily taking b12 capsules. But if I stop taking injections then again these ulcers comes. So what do i do now. I am Vegeterian, so do I have to take these medications for life long or the b12 is not getting absorbed in my body. Its been 4 months and I think after taking medicine for so long b12 level should have got increased.
