I am taking Udivil, Febuxostat, Atrovastatin+Fenofibrate, what side effects can I expect? Would there be any permanent damage? I have High BP, Cholesterol, and Uric Acid(no gout symptoms till now)

In morning breakfast I am unable to eat anything. While eating it seems vomiting and sometimes vomited. Could you please suggest me.its happening only till afternoon

Hello from last 6 days was not getting a good sleep ..shifting to new home and when i sleep my sleep broke a lot amd whenver my sleep broke i felt like head spin and exterme fear even i get sweat also..i dont know why its happning to me..sleep is never a concern for me ...my sleep was good before but currently not getting it good and sound sleep ...help im diabetic type 2 pcod along with insulin restiance ...even some days also i felt dizzinezs and lightheded...this thing irrate me a lot..cant get my sleep so its interfare my daily activity
