  4. Suffering from viral infection. I do?

Suffering from viral infection.
I am suffering from fever and throat infection since 6days. I am taking some medicine also as follows Dolo 650 1*2, Deecee forte 1*2. Agythromycin 1*1 , Zinkovit, zerotuss syrup. But right now i got 102 fever. So suggest me what should i do?
