Hi Doctor I am having fever from past 5 days. When ever I take Nicip plus or and paracotml tablet I am good. But after 5-6 hours the fever comes back and also I have slight cough. When I get fever it is with chill and fever once I take a tablet again it goes off for 5 hours. Please suggest me what to do in this condition

My father is suffering from typhoid fever and his titres are positive till 1:320. Which is a better combination of antibiotic in such case? Cefixime + Azithromycin Or Cefuroxime Axetil + Levofloxacin Or is there any other antibiotic to treat it in a better way?

Hello sir Age 30 since 2 days having throat pain that too only left side not able to drink even water pain is feeling. Mostly whenever throat pain comes to me the left side only comes and after taking voveran Inj 2 times . it goes earlier Now again feeling pain doing salt gargles but no use pls reply any other tablet. Just taken combiflam but no use Can I use augmentin 625 if not Pls tell any other tablet No fever but feeling feverish that's itt.. Thanks

From last two days suffering from little dry cough and tiredness not feeling like eating anything, feeling very sleepy took covid vaccine almost 20 days ago. Taking paracetamol and vapour regularly from past two days.

I have SLE disease (systemic lupus erythematosus) in future can i take covid vaccine or any effect will happen because of my health conditions.
