My father is 86-years-old. He had first dose of covishield vaccination on March 7th and yesterday he had the second dose i.e. April 11th. During the first dose he had side effects like fever and bodyache, now after the second dose, he has cold that is running nose. Can you please suggest what he can take because he is taking Dolo 650

Covid negative but fever and spo2=88-90
Hi sir/mam,
My father has a fever since last 7-8 days and since last 4 days fever is around 102...also he is showing spo2 around 90 on left hand finger and 88 on right hand finger.. and a pain in the center downside of chest since last 4-5 days. Please suggest
