Throat slightly pain and slightly block
I have fever on 18/4/2021 and i take medicine Azithromycin 500 OD, vitamin c, monticope, paracetamol 500 tds ,becosule all 6 days.
In 20/4/2021 i rapid covid test which is negative. From 21/4/21 i take Ciprofloxacin 6 days and multivitamin. On 25/4/2021 fever is gone but my platelets count is 81k. Now i have problem throat slightly block and pain in swallowing and some time nose block.
Spo2- 98...i have also anxiety problem...

Stop antibiotics.Use salt water to gargle and otrivin if nose block repeat platelet count after 2 days and watch for bleeding manifestations
