Continuesly getting fever from 5days what medication should be taken for getting well sir plz give me suggestions

My father is vaccinated with first short of Covishield and been more then 28 days, is he protected and if yes till what extend. And yes he will have his second dose when the date comes. But after first what percentage the person is protected ?

I got tested positive. So I want to know when I should go for retest and what precautions we should keep after tested negative. When we can take vaccination if I tested positive. Is vaccination should be done after 30 days of positive report??

Hello, On 13th April 2021 my father got the first shot Covishield vaccine. For 5 days he was really sick and weak so we decided to get his regular blood test for creatinine and other tests on 19th April 2021. In the results it’s shown that his creatinine level has increased from 3.1 to 3.75. Blood urea also increased to 60. Sugar (110) & BP (140 75) is controlled. His RBC & Haemoglobin count has also decreased. It’s been 11 days since he got the first shot of vaccination and the weakness is still there.. body pain.. mild fever. Doesn’t feel like eating anything. Questions : 1) Diabetes BP medicine to continue? 2) What medicine/food to take to improve immunity. 3) What food to avoid? 4) Paracetamol quantity in a day? 5) Is it safe to take the second shot of vaccine? Kindly help!

When to go for covid test after fever. We are at home since 20 days with no other human contact. But we had ice cream post that got little cough so had home made kaadha. After having kaadha my husband got fever, 102 max temperature. So shall we go for covid test or wait? Please suggest.
