She is well but she feels tired, and body pain, and no other symptoms.Could you please suggest any medicine

For the past 3 days I have had mild fever, body pain and headache. Hence got COVID tested and result came as negative today. But still from morning I am feeling weak and kind of fainting then I drank glucon D and took Dolo and was feeling better but now again from afternoon I am feeling feverish and bit shivering. Could you please suggest what should I do and what should be the next course of action? Can any home remedy be done here?

Hello. My father started taking medication for fever, body ache and sore throat since yesterday. Now he has become weak and having shivering and unable to eat. We have also given test for COVID and report is yet to come.

I took 1st doze of covishield vaccine and after 28 days of that I got covid positive. For 4 days I had fever and sickness but I m almost better now. When should I take my 2nd doze of vaccine?
