Hi, I have serious mouth ulcers problem and have  taken blood test and found that i am having serious B12 deficiency. And I am taking Neurobin injections since 4 months i e. Once a week and daily taking b12 capsules. But if I stop taking injections then again these ulcers comes. So what do i do now. I am Vegeterian, so do I have to take these medications for life long or the b12 is not getting absorbed in my body. Its been 4 months and I think after taking medicine for so long b12 level should have got increased.

I constantly get mouth ulcers and also face problem of constipation but this tym I don't have constipation but suffer from ulcers since 2-3 weeks

After vaccination mouth taste got bitter. There is no fever. With rapid antigen test result is positive. Patient is under home isolation. There is no fever and also no breathing issue. Oximeter shows oxygen reading 96-98. Current ct lungs value shows score of 9. Also he is also diagnosed with malaria and typhoid. What next should be done. I m attaching reports and medicine.
