I have cold for the past two weeks. I am having hot milk with turmeric but it's not working. Also use mustard oil in my nose last night, I feel my nose is choked. What should I do ? Should I take medicine for that if yes please advise!

My daughter 15 yr age eat a mongo which was kept in garden and a street dog passed from there ( dont know wether dog eat that mango or not) is there any chances of rabies if dog licked that mango. She washed the mongo with water still there any risk.
