Phelgam / thin mucus started coming after 2 days of dry cough. Is my infection getting better or severe.

Hi all my family got positive for Covid . My father is having severe headache and body ache . Can you please suggest if he can take some medicine and if yes can you please tell us what he can take . Thanks a lot in advance

My dad, mom and brother all the three of them have got covid positive. My dad is 55, mom 53 and bro 25. Till now they have not given instructions what medicine to take. Nothing suggestions from BBMP. My dad is auto driver. Government is not taking care 1% also. Doctors please let us know what medicine to take, they are in home quarantine. My dad has BP, Mom has BP and sugar. Please suggest what to do. Please please .. my brother is 23 age. All three of them are having severe body pain, fever, cough.. I'm helpless.. don't know what tk give them. IF I call BBMP people they didn't give any response, please help

Hello, I am suffering with fever and throat pain since yesterday night. Today morning I went to diagnosis centre and gave sample for Covid-19 test. The report will be released by Tuesday as informed by the diagnosis centre. My symptoms are indicating that the Covid-19 report would be most probably positive. Since I have type 2 diabetes, I believe I should atleast start the medication such as antibiotics till I get my Covid-19 report. Currently I am taking tablet Volix R 0.2/1mg and Tablet Remo M 1000 for type 2 diabetes. Please suggest what antibiotics should I start till I get my Covid-19 report. I took dolo 650mg yesterday and today for fever.
