Flu

My mother is down with fever from last 4-5 days. From last 24hours there's no fever but feeling weak. Test is done already but the reports will take 48hours. Currently she is taking Azithromycin, Dolo, Vitamin C, zincovit and her other arthritis medicines. This evening her oxygen level is ranging from 79-94. Please suggest what to do SOS.

My mother is covid positive and 8 days have passed. Her oxygen level is 94/95 sometimes its shows 96 also through pulse oximeter. Please let me know if there is any need for medication to be done. Once the pulse oximeter has shown 93 also. But again after 5 seconds it displayed 96. Please suggest what could be done to avoid anything serious.

My father is covid positive for past 1 week. Fabiflu he started just 2 days before and I can see improvement. Doctor suggested for HR CT scan and in report 17 parts are showing damaged. His oxygen level is 92 now. He was having very rigorous dry cough for 4-5 days. But, now he is taking fabiflu and doxycline along with nebulizer, so I can see some improvement. Do I need to admit him considering 17 parts damaged and its very severe? But health wise he seems okay only weakness is there as due to which his hands sometime shakes. Does proper diet and exercise is enough along with antivira medicine or I need to do something else to improve his condition.

My mother in law age (55)has covid infection...Her rtpcr test postive, so she take medicine dolo 650 mg 4 times a day, but due to this her fever is not recover due to 1 week and temperature of body 98-99 after taking medicine also and today her oxygen level is decreased 95 to 93...

I tested negative for COVID19 (antigen) no cold no fever just dry cough & when I cough my whole chest n back pains in circular motion for a few seconds. Can you recommend a cough syrup which can help & not interfere with immune response if Covid is there.
