Flu

My Nephew 2 year old is getting high fever 103 from last 5 days after medicine it goes then come back again after few hours when medicine affect is gone. Rest everything normal no other symptom active and playing. Pls help

My brother has recently returned from college 15 days ago. After 2days of returning he complaint throat ache for which we gave him 5 day course of azythromycin and isolation. Now again last night he got 101.5 F fever for which we gave calpol 650. But fever is still 101F. Pls suggest something.

One of my friend suggested to take Seacod cod liver oil capsules for increasing immunity as I got infected to cold very easily due to a change in weather and dust in Bengaluru. My concern here is it safe to take these capsules without any side effects if I am not currently suffering from any deficiency?

I am feeling restless , uncomfortable almost all the day and all the time except at bed time. An anxiety kind of issue. Unwanted thoughts. Shaking my leg maximum time. And this all is since 2 yrs initially it was mind but now it is increasing with time , Recently done a health check up, all test was normal including Ecg echo xray, and all blood tests, except, tryglecerides was 500 , D3- 10.4 and B12 - 249. I am feeling  always in low mood, sometimes gastric prblms, however my self esteem is very high. Sometimes I feel my body very heavy and always feel like I will get heart attack. Plz suggest the best.

If we have one +ve COVID-19 member in family and we have kids of age 5 Yrs(Female) and 2 Yrs(Male) also in same family, Are there any general medicines to give as precautions to kids apart from following other protocols such isolation of that member etc. Pls suggest. Thanks !!

Got my Blood test done just for routine Health Check. Is this the reason for my frequent sore throat. Please suggest some simple medication.

I have had fever and tested negative for covid malaria and typhoid my cbc is also ok but the fever took almost 12 days to cure. I have had cefruxime and paracetamol 650 twice daily. My point of concern is why a low grade fever ranging 99 to 99.5 is still there after 15 days. I have also done chest x-ray that is also normal.

Hi, i am covid positive patient and today's my 5th day. Don't have symptoms of high fever, cough or breathlessness. Although the crp was 12 on 2nd day. Do i need to further need to take medicins and temp & spo2 measurements in coming days?

Am I still covid positive? Do I need home isolation? Or this is post COVID symptoms? My RTPCR was negative. Please suggest in this case also I can spread COVID to others? My HRCT chest scan report is attached.
