Blood test reports showed low vitamin D. what can I do to improve vitamin D levels. Any foods or supplements?

Hi doctor I had Covid in the last 10 days. Although everything is fine but I have high esr (50). Should I take methylprednisolone or dexamethasone to lower the same. Will it help? I have heard about the side effects of steroids so little worried. Crp is normal 4.2 Cbc is normal Chest x ray is normal

Hi .i got viral fever last week ..fever remains two - three days n than gone aftr medication n home remedies..now i hv feeling like stiff cold n discomfort in nasal breathing..m taking steam regularly ..inspite i have dry mouth n feeling like dry throat whole day n night with lil cough  ...should i get myself tested for covid or get treatment for cough n stiff cold..

I have sensation of cold, I am allergic to AC however due to present temperature when I had to sleep to under AC, I feel like sensation of cold and heaviness in chest like a feeling of anxiety .
