My father vaccinated on 17th April that lead to mild fever now his RT PCR is positive. The reason behind positive result could be vaccine? CT scan score is 4.

I'm covid positive . My spo2 is 98 and temperature is ranging 99.2-99.8 but my heartbeat generally in morning is 115-120. Is this any concern.
