Fever intermittent from 99 to 100.6 2. Fatigueness view fever 3. Slight sore throat 4. Full body dryness 5. Breathlessness Present Medication: 1. Tab Azithromycin 500mg OD 2. Tab Vit C 500 mg BD 3. Tab Zinc -OD 4. Tab Multivitamin 5. PCM -SOS In addition taking steam thrice a day and gargling with salt and turmeric twice a day. Please suggest following course of action!

Hello Doctors, I got tested positive for covid in 1st week of April 2021, when can I get vaccinated?

Sir/Madam I had covishield vaccine on Friday and from that evening I feel fever and body pains. On Saturday evening I took one dolo 650 tablet. On Sunday ie yesterday the temperature is normal. But now the temperature is 99.1.Is this usual after vaccination? Can I take one more tablet? How many tablets to be taken. Please suggest me. Thanks and regards.
