Hello sir, my mother had fever, cough and cold 2 days back, i gave her dolo 650, she was good till today when at 9 PM she has some cold and slight headche and body ache...is it common or should she checked for covid please confirm

As there is shortage of test . I m having dore throat since 26 aprill that fever under 100 on 28. M taking cold and fever medication.i had lost smell and taste which I have regained now. I was feeling well but since last two days m having fever again and again taking paracetamol 650 lowers temperature but after 7-8 hrs it comes back with chills what to do

Tested COVID positive three days back. Fever is 99.8.. But no taste and smell... I vomit whenever I ear or drink anything... Oxygen is 95-97... Suggest me solution to take care of this vomiting issue.
