Hi from last Wednesday I was suffering from fever and it got alright within 3 days.but,the issue is Im not able to stand If I stand I getting fainted and if someone makes me to sit and lie down then I'm back to normal within 2 minutes. At time having ors helps me to stand and walk. While sitting or lying down on bed I feel completely alright. When I stand I get fainted and again future sitting helps me to get back to normal

In a day sometime my oxygen levels shows 93 and sometimes 99 I don't have any sypmtoms nor breathing problem my my oxygen levels vary

I have tested covid 19 positive 11 days back. I took dolo 650 2 times a day and azithromycin once per day. It is correct?
